All condominiums located within Haile Village Center Owners Association (HVCOA) require two (2) separate estoppel requests and two payments. One (1) for HVCOA and One (1) for the 'Name of the Condo Association. 

*Two fees, two forms per transaction requiring an estoppel for any condo.*

IT IS THE SELLERS' RESPONSIBILITY TO CANCEL FUTURE ACH FOR ASSOCIATIONS IN ADVANCE OF THE CLOSING. REFUNDS post-closing may take up to 45 business days. **IT IS THE CLOSING AGENTS' DUTY TO SEND THE ASSOCIATION THE NEW DEED AND NEW OWNERS' CONTACT INFO WITH CLOSING FUNDS DUE.
